Rebecca Julian – Public Governor, Norfolk

I am an active advocate for improving local mental health services and regularly attend meetings online and in person. This has given me a good knowledge of how NSFT works and what areas need improvement.

My motivation stems from family experience of mental health problems. I understand the difficulties that come with being a full-time carer. I have had some challenging experiences but have learnt a lot from them.

I want to represent others who are struggling. I will speak up for those affected by the performance of the Trust but who might not be able to speak up. I will use every opportunity and avenue available to push for change and improve these vital services. I am passionate and dedicated to making a difference.
