    Abbeygate Ward, based at Wedgwood House in West Suffolk, is an assessment and treatment inpatient ward. Abbeygate Ward looks after older people in West Suffolk who have a physical health need and a mental health need. Some of the inpatient beds on Abbeygate Ward are for the care of people with dementia.

  2. Access and Assessment Service Great Yarmouth and Waveney

    Our Access and Assessment Team in Great Yarmouth and Waveney offers screenings and assessments. This service is for people aged 25 and above who have a severe and enduring mental illness. The team signpost referrals to specialist service lines within our Trust.

  3. Access and Assessment Service Suffolk

    Our Access and Assessment Service in Suffolk makes it easier to get the right mental health service as quickly as possible. This service is for individuals over the age of 25 in Suffolk. They must have a GP. The team provides advice and assessment on all mental health conditions. The Access and Assessment Service in Suffolk does not provide long-term treatment. It makes referrals to other mental health teams following assessment, if needed.

  4. Acute Wellbeing and Therapy Service - Central Norfolk

    Our Acute Wellbeing and Therapy Service is for users of the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team. It is also for inpatients on our wards at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich. This service cares for people with acute mental health problems. Those problems may have risen as neurosis or psychosis. The service is also for those who have a personality disorder.

  5. Adult ADHD Suffolk (East & West)

    Our teams work with people (18+) who either have an existing diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or who have been referred by their GP or other health professional for an assessment.

  6. Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Service (Norfolk)

    The Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Service provides diagnostic assessment and ongoing medical management of ADHD. This is for people over the age of 18 who are living in the Norfolk and Waveney area.

  7. Adult Community Mental Health Service North Norfolk and Norwich

    The Adult Community Mental Health Service delivers a secondary care mental health service for adults between the ages of 25 and 75. Our team provides a service for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. It offers a range of specialist, evidence-based treatments and interventions.  We have Adult Community Mental Health Service teams across Norfolk. They cover North Norfolk and Norwich City.

  8. Adult Community Mental Health Service West and South Norfolk

    Our Adult Community Mental Health Service in West Norfolk offers treatment for people with mental ill health and associated risks. People who use this service will be living with the following conditions: • Schizophrenia, • Bipolar disorder, • Personality disorder, • Severe depression with other associated symptoms, • Severe obsessive-compulsive disorder, • Other psychological conditions with a significant negative impact on their ability to live normally, • Mental ill health where there is associated risk to themselves or others.

    The Adult Community Mental Health Services in Great Yarmouth and Waveney is a health and social care community team providing assessment, treatment and support for people over the age of 25 who are experiencing mental health issues. The Adult Community Mental Health Services in Great Yarmouth and Waveney follows the principles of recovery and social inclusion and works closely with partner agencies both voluntary and statutory. It incorporates the teams formerly known as the Eastern Recovery Team (now Great Yarmouth CMHT) and the Waveney Recovery Team (now Waveney CMHT).

    The Adult Learning Disability Community Service in Waveney offers specialist interventions to people aged 25 years or over who have a learning disability.  The team’s range of professionals can cover physical health, mental health, behaviour, communication, physiotherapy and daily living skills.
