    3. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Learning Disability Community Service in East and West Suffolk

      The Learning Disability CAMHS Community Service in East and West Suffolk is a community-based specialist mental health service for children and young people who have a moderate – severe learning disability, are under 18 years old and registered with a GP in Suffolk. This service is not for children and young people who have not been diagnosed with a learning disability or who have a stand-alone diagnosis of ASD or any other neurodevelopmental disorder.

    4. Community Adult Learning Disability & Autism Service (East & West Suffolk)

      The Adult Learning Disability & Autism (LD&A) is a community-based service in East and West Suffolk for adults with a moderate to severe Learning Disability and/or Autism aged 18 years or over and those who cannot have their needs met through mainstream services or require additional support to access mainstream services. The teams offer a range of specialist, evidence-based treatments and interventions which can cover mental health, behaviours that challenge and physical health supported by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Input can be provided individually or in a group setting.

    5. Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Bury North

      The Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) for Bury North coordinates community mental health services in the Bury North area. This service is for people of working age and older adults. It also supports individuals with a learning disability.

    10. Primary Learning Disability Liaison Service – Suffolk

      The Primary Care Learning Disability Liaison Nurses support people with a learning disability. They ensure people have their health needs met by primary care services in a timely and appropriate manner.

    11. Under-25s Learning Disabilities Community Team - Learning Disabilities Youth CAMHS

      The Under-25s Learning Disabilities Community Team is a service for children and young people under 25 years of age. Those young people will have a learning disability. They will also be experiencing emotional, behaviour or mental health difficulties. The service is available to those who are living in the Waveney area and are registered with a Suffolk GP.
