Equality Delivery System Report 2022
As part of the process of gathering evidence, scoring each domain, and developing action plans, we engaged with our staff networks, had a dedicated session with the Equality Delivery Group, and shared the EDS report at the February 2024 People, Culture and Development Group and Trust Management Board meetings for their input and approval.
In addition, we also engaged with the Norfolk and Waveney ICS Workforce Inclusion team. Our next round of gathering evidence, scoring domain outcomes and delivering the action plan will involve stakeholders from all Domains specified in the EDS Technical Guidance.
