About our new structure
In January 2025, we introduced a new leadership structure which replaced our care groups with five localities – East Suffolk, West Suffolk, Central Norfolk, West Norfolk and Great Yarmouth and Waveney.
This means our services are now grouped in line with the ‘places’ used by many of our public sector and NHS partners so that we can work in the same, joined-up way as integrated care boards and local authorities. This means it will be easier to collaborate for the benefit of our service users and deliver consistent, high-quality care in the places where people live, work and access services.
