    Sandringham Ward based at the Julian Hospital in Norwich is an acute admissions ward. The ward team provides care and treatment to men and women over the age of 75 living in central Norfolk.

  2. Single Point of Access Team – Central and West Norfolk

    The Single Point of Access is a team of administrators who receive, check and process commissioned referrals. The team signpost referrals to the relevant service line.

  3. Sophie Centre – Memory Clinic and Older People’s Community Team for North Norfolk and Norwich

    The North Norfolk and Norwich Older People's Community Team offers assessment and treatment if someone is an older person who suffers from mental health problems. This can include anxiety, memory, depression, psychosis, confusion or dementia.

  4. South Older People’s Community Service - Norfolk

    Our South Older People’s Community Service offers assessment, diagnosis and post diagnostic support to those people living or thought to be living with a cognitive decline. Referral to our service is through your GP. We also support older people (aged 75 and over) living with a range of psychotic and non-psychotic symptoms. Our service covers the Central South Norfolk area of the county.
