Healthcare workers have been awarded a clinical excellence award by the East of England Ambulance Service for their work in supporting those in mental health crisis.

The results of the NHS Adult Community Mental Health Service User Survey 2024, which is commissioned by the CQC, have been published.

The survey is conducted by IQVIA. The results include a comparison of NSFT performance against our results from previous years, as well as against the average performance within a national comparator group of organisations.

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust’s (NSFT) Recovery College has launched a sunflower challenge and will be using this to promote awareness of what they offer, including at Suffolk and Norfolk shows this year.

I’m back following a period of annual leave, which was much needed and a chance to reflect and recharge. I know many of you have taken leave in March, and I hope you feel refreshed returning to work. Whilst I kept in touch a little, I am very grateful to Cath Byford who stepped up to cover me whilst I was off – it was a busy time!
