Jenny Carlisle – Staff Governor

Term of office started 1 February 2023

I care about the Trust where I work. In the past six years, I have seen the ups and downs and the new starts from many new boards. Consistency, instead of upheaval, would have been more desirable.

I am a carer and understand how difficult it can be.

I am chair of the LGBT+ staff network and proud of the work we have done.

I helped with planning the fete with the wonderful people who made it happen. I was glad to take part in something that would lift staff morale after a trying time.

I am a registered nurse with 25 years' experience. Since being with the Trust, I have worked on an acute ward and in bed management. I now work as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Clinical Practitioner for NSFT.
