  1. Older People's Service (IOPS) - Great Yarmouth and Waveney

    IOPS in Great Yarmouth and Waveney is a team of health professionals experienced in assessments and interventions for adults with age-related needs. Whilst this is generally for people over 65 years of age this service is for anyone living with a diagnosis of dementia.

  2. Older People’s Service West Norfolk

    Our Older People’s Service West Norfolk, based at Chatterton House in King’s Lynn, offers support to adults. Those adults will be experiencing memory problems. The team also offer support to those with severe mental health problems. As well as those with complex physical frailties who need assessment and support in a community setting.

  3. Older Persons Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) - Waveney

    The Waveney Older People's Community Service offers assessment and support in the community to those experiencing memory issues and to older adults with a history of severe mental health problems combined with complex physical health frailties.
