We would like to invite you to join us in sharing your views and input on the strategies we’re developing to create a safer, kinder and better organisation which our service users, carers, staff, partners and wider communities can be proud of. 

We are holding face-to-face workshops in Norfolk and Suffolk where you can contribute your thoughts, ideas and suggestions on the following draft strategies:

• Clinical: Our roadmap for care, setting out how we organise services and care pathways and how we monitor quality and effectiveness.
• Quality: How we will provide safe, high-quality care and support that achieves the most effective outcomes and experiences.
• Service Users and Carers: Participation in its broadest sense, including involvement, engagement, shared decision-making in care, volunteering, and Trust membership.
• People and Culture: How we will attract, develop and retain a skilled, compassionate workforce by creating inclusive and thriving workplaces.
• Communications and Engagement: How we will communicate and engage with service users, families, carers, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
