Service users, families, carers and members of the public are invited to join Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust’s (NSFT) Chair and Executive team for the Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) on Wednesday, 10 October.
The event, which will run from 12 to 4pm at The Carnegie, The Carnegie and Guildhall Complex, Cage Lane, Thetford, IP24 2DS , is also open to organisations across the two counties that have an interest in mental health.
The meeting is an opportunity to hear Chair Zoë Billingham, Chief Executive Officer Caroline Donovan and the Trust’s Executive Team talk about the improvements NSFT has made and the Trust’s priorities as it works towards consistently delivering safer, kinder and better care for the people who need specialist mental health and learning disability services.
There will be opportunities to meet teams and ask questions and NSFT staff will be on hand to talk about projects and services under NSFT’s four large-scale change programmes – improving health, improving care, improving culture and improving value. The main theme will be how services users are involved in this important work.
Those attending will also be able to find out about the benefits of becoming a member of the Trust, and information about standing as a Trust governor.
