Rebecca Kellaway – Service User Governor, Norfolk

My main driving force to being a Governor is to live in a world where high-quality mental health services are available to everyone who needs them. We all deserve to be healthy and flourish in life. We all sometimes need help and support and it should always be there for us.  

I'm open-minded and fair. I am also stubborn and will fight for justice and equality for everyone. I am always kind and do my best to be sensitive so I'm very approachable. More than that, I'm always keen to listen to people and put those voices forward.  

I've been a service user of The trust for a couple years and have seen the potential and the areas that need improving. I am keen to facilitate change and hold people to account. Let's together go out and create a better, fairer, healthier future!
