Gail Munro
Trainee CBT psychological therapist
Under 14s Team, Great Yarmouth, CFYP Norfolk and Waveney
“Gail became my daughter’s care co-ordinator in the height of the pandemic. She managed to reassure us all, put boundaries in place to remove some of the stress from me and also provided really excellent care to my daughter.
“Gail made sure that my daughter had her medication for our first family holiday in two years and went above and beyond what was expected. She even made arrangements to have appointments with her while we were on holiday to provide support should she need it. Before we went, Gail arranged several appointments to help prepare her for the trip, to alleviate my daughter’s worries and fears about flying. Because of this, she had a great time and has really benefited from the experience.”
