“Jonathan is an incredibly valued and influential member of the multi-agency team that supports one of the most marginalised cohort of service users in Ipswich. 70% of people who have rough slept have also been working with him.

“He is incredibly popular with service users and has supported people in a number of ways with issues like changing medication, keeping them out of hospital, getting a mental health assessment and preventing homelessness. Jonathan is also a team player who communicates effectively with other services.

“Jonathan is compassionate and empathetic and, most importantly, he gives people time and listens to them. They always say how brilliant he is and how much they appreciate him.

“A pleasure to work alongside, he goes beyond his remit in making sure that everyone is assisted in some way.”
