About our leadership structure
Our updated leadership structure will see our current care groups replaced with five localities so that we can group our services in line with the ‘places’ used by many of our public sector and NHS partners. As a result, we will be working in the same, joined-up way as integrated care boards and local authorities. This means it will be easier to collaborate for the benefit of our service users and deliver consistent, high-quality care in the places where people live, work and access services.
Our first appointments have been made to locality leadership and management roles following a rigorous national recruitment process.
