Help in a crisis
Become a member

The membership of an NHS Foundation Trust is drawn from people living in the communities served by the Trust – its service users, their carers, staff and interested members of the public. They bring commitment and enthusiasm for improving mental wellbeing in their local communities.

Why become a member of our Trust?

The benefits include:

  • Attend our member lectures and special events

  • Receive information via email. This is much cheaper and is our preferred way. You will get updates roughly once a month about activities, events and opportunities to be more involved and notification of when Insight, the Trust magazine, is available to read online

  • Receive Insight through the post if email notification is not suitable

  • Vote in our governor elections

  • Possibly stand as a governor yourself

  • Influence the Trust through our elected governors

  • Save money as a Foundation Trust member, for example on holidays, mobile phones and fashion, by joining Health Service Discounts www.healthse

  • Actively support a positive attitude to mental health in Norfolk and Suffolk, and help challenge discrimination

As a member you can be involved as little or as much as you like.

Membership is free.
